Some feedback on this product.... I had a leaking fork seal, about 3800 miles on the bike. Out of warranty. Leaking pretty good. I do the occasional wheelie, but no hard slams. Bottoming of the fork never/rarely occurs. I ran across someone else mentioning a product made by motion pro, called the seal mate. At $5, it was a cheap gamble. Well, long story short, my fork seal is no longer leaking. You pull down the dust seal, clean the fork tube well, insert the fork seal cleaner following the instructions. Clean the fork tube again and re-installed the dust seal.

I was introduced to these during the 2011 Nevada 200, a three day event. There was so much mud that just about everyone's forks were leaking at the end of each day. After washing the bikes, we used the SM to remove dirt/mud/sand from the seals. Leak stopped and ready to ride the following day. Amazing.

The seal mate is the step (before) taking your bike into the shop, you simply remove the dust covers from your fork legs, and slide the seal mate into your seal, and run it around the edge (see full instructions here) to remove any foreign object causing your forks to leak. This takes only a couple of minutes, and in most cases will stop your forks from leaking.
